Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Logistics Supervisor to lead the overall operation of a Spare Parts Distribution Center, ensuring efficiency and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure high service levels Through Company Consultants, we are selecting an Operational Logistics Supervisor to join a leading national company in the agricultural machinery sector, located in Monte Maíz. The position aims to supervise the overall operation of the Spare Parts Distribution Center, ensuring operational efficiency, supply to dealers, and proper management of the workforce. Key Responsibilities Supervise spare parts receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Coordinate part coding, assembly, and delivery note issuance. Manage returns, warranties, and inventory control. Lead the area’s operational and administrative team. Ensure high service levels for dealers and internal customers. Analyze management indicators and prepare operational reports. Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, order, and quality standards. What Do We Need From You? Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within logistics, distribution, auto parts, or metallurgical industries. Experience leading operational teams. Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (Totvs Protheus is preferred). Intermediate/advanced Excel and Office tools skills. Knowledge of inventory management, logistics processes, and continuous improvement. Tertiary/university degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred).
