Enterprise Consultants is currently searching for a Process Engineer to join a leading metal-mechanical company specializing in agricultural machinery, located in Monte Maíz, Córdoba. The position’s primary objective is to drive continuous improvement of production processes, optimizing quality, productivity, safety, and operational efficiency, thereby contributing to the organization’s development and competitiveness. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to production lines to ensure compliance with processes and production objectives. Analyze and resolve deviations related to quality, costs, productivity, and safety. Participate in the development and industrialization of new products. Design and implement improvements in work methods, processes, tools, and production equipment. Conduct time studies, line balancing, and productive capacity analysis. Develop and update technical documentation and operating procedures. Generate and maintain roadmaps, standard times, and process specifications. Perform process simulations and analyses considering capabilities, ergonomics, and available resources. Participate in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and production layout optimization. Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, Engineering, PCP, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments. Knowledge of time studies, line balancing, productivity, and productive capacity. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro Engineer, or similar software. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and the 5S methodology. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and quality tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. The Company Offers: Ongoing training and technical updates.
