We are currently seeking an Operational Management Control Analyst, who will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring business performance, identifying budget variances, and preparing reports—providing reliable and timely information to support strategic decision-making. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Prepare and analyze economic/financial information. Develop the annual budget and the business’s strategic plan. Provide accurate information to improve business profitability. Ensure correct recording of income and costs. Provide key performance indicators to support decision-making. Clearly present business objectives and results. Collaborate with company departments to align financial and operational goals. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Three years of experience in similar positions. Advanced proficiency in computer tools.
