





**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Receive and advise clients regarding the services offered by the clinic. * Schedule consultations and procedures, ensuring an optimal client experience. * Maintain active contact with clients, conducting follow-ups and clarifying inquiries. * Assist in developing customer loyalty strategies. * Prospect new clients and conduct sales to achieve established targets. * Record client information and feedback in the appropriate system. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance service quality and sales performance. * Contribute to workplace organization and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education / currently pursuing higher education * Experience in customer service and sales. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with CRM tools. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Empathy and conflict resolution ability. * Availability to work flexible hours. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in clinics or healthcare settings. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Fluency in a foreign language. * Certifications in customer service or sales. **Benefits:** Dental care plan, Performance bonus, Commissions, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
