Your mission in this role You will be a key part in resident care, monitoring and attending to their healthcare and human needs. What will your responsibilities be? Care and attentionYou will manage the pharmacy and prepare residents' medication.You will perform wound dressings, blood extractions, and other healthcare procedures.You will coordinate medical appointments and outpatient clinic visits.You will notify families in case of hospitalization.You will accompany and alleviate pain for residents in terminal phases (palliative care).Supervision and coordinationYou will develop assessments and personalized care plans together with the team.You will organize and update clinical records and healthcare documentation.You will supervise the work of assistants, ensuring compliance with the care plan.You will inform Coordination and the physician of any relevant incidents.Advice and communicationYou will inform and advise residents, family members, and staff on healthcare matters.You will contribute to creating an environment of trust and well-being within the center.Safety and continuous improvementYou will implement the center's integrated management system.You will properly use protective equipment and ensure hygiene and safety standards.You will participate in the continuous improvement of healthcare processes.Requirements to join our team Required qualification: Mandatory professional registration.What are we looking for in you?
