Responsibilities Responsibility1**Ensure, Monitor, and/or Detect** customer service quality, growth opportunities, and/or improvement areas in the market to maximize direct sales and optimize economic performance. Responsibility2**Evaluate and/or Determine** the need for structural improvements related to customer service optimization, adapting to each region to achieve higher profitability and commercial growth. Responsibility3**Evaluate** daily sales, distribution, and sales administration indicators, designing corrective actions in case of deviations to ensure control over the achievement of departmental and company objectives. Responsibility4**Schedule** periodic meetings with the sales team, communicating future tactical actions and results of implemented tactics to ensure updates and information exchange aimed at strengthening teamwork. Responsibility5**Evaluate** daily reports from commercial staff, periodically analyzing distribution channels and competitor activities to design alternative and/or corrective actions according to achieved results.
