Solid teamwork and effective communication skills are required to perform the Integrity Engineer role within VP MIDSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM. **What will be your challenges with us?** You will be responsible for designing integrity, monitoring, inspection, and repair plans for static equipment, supporting the risk reduction strategy to ensure fitness-for-service throughout the asset lifecycle through prevention, mitigation, and repair, in accordance with applicable regulations and the Company’s Safety, Environmental Protection, and Operational Excellence policies. **What will be your main responsibilities?** Review equipment, piping, and pipeline designs to adjust the inspection plan based on expected damage mechanisms and the assessed risk of the equipment/facility. Prepare technical documentation for equipment evaluation, inspection results, testing, physical-chemical sampling, and generate legally and technically compliant deliverables for regulated equipment. Define and interpret non-destructive testing methods and develop technical repair specifications, along with an Inspection and Test Plan. Perform communications and actions arising from inspection findings: fitness-for-service assessment, mitigation, re-inspection scheduling, etc. Conduct visual inspections of equipment or components and generate records for investigation. Identify hazards and assess risks, proposing preventive and mitigative actions. Contribute to compliance with current legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate risk assessments and RBI studies at facilities. Define corrosion loops, chemical dosing, physical-chemical sampling, corrosion coupons, and CML identification. Coordinate resources and participate in scheduled plant shutdowns. Early involvement in construction projects and change management, defining maintainability criteria and ensuring ease of monitoring and inspection throughout the equipment lifecycle. Lead and participate in failure investigations related to corrosion, quality deviations, and root cause analysis. Promote knowledge management among operations and maintenance personnel by providing operational support. Ensure compliance with the established Annual Integrity Plan and evaluate technical and economic outcomes. Performance evaluation, program review, and auditing. Verify field tasks performed either by in-house area personnel or contractors. Manage contracted resources, prepare technical specifications, and propose performance KPIs. Evaluate, propose, and implement new technologies, tools, or systems enabling innovation and adoption of industry best practices. **What do we value?** * **Academic background:** Graduates in Engineering or related disciplines. * **Professional experience:** Minimum 5 years in roles related to integrity and corrosion activities for static equipment in plants and pipelines. * **Specific knowledge:** Damage and corrosion mechanisms: CO₂, H₂S, internal, external, localized, pitting, microbiological, corrosion under insulation (CUI), erosion–corrosion.
