Job Description: Physiotherapist in a residential facility providing care for dependent elderly individuals Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Carry out prescribed rehabilitation treatments and techniques. * Participate, when requested, in the center's multidisciplinary team for conducting tests or assessments related to their professional specialty. * Monitor and evaluate the application of treatments performed. * Know, assess, report, and modify, if necessary, the treatment application within their specialty using external resources. * Be aware of the resources available within their specialty in the territorial area. * Attend meetings and work sessions convened at the center. * Collaborate in matters within their expertise in training and information programs provided to users' families and institutions. * Advise professionals, as needed, on mobilization protocols and treatments influenced by physiotherapy techniques. * Attend sessions held at the centers for treatment review, follow-up, and evaluation. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise production line processes, managing human and material resources to meet production schedules, ensuring quality and safety for both products and personnel according to company-established standards. Execute, monitor, and report on production schedule compliance. Follow and enforce quality and production rules, procedures, and methodologies, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Guarantee compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Manage maintenance and monitoring of sector machinery and equipment. Participate in developing and implementing staff training and development plans. Manage and promote a work environment aligned with PUMA's values. Implement employee performance management processes.
