This role will be the *invisible operator* ensuring every click, lead, scheduled appointment, and call flows perfectly within our Ads-CRM-Email-Bots-Reporting ecosystem. **If you’re passionate about automating, measuring, optimizing, and building stable systems that multiply results, this is your place.** #### **Your mission…** This role exists to **guarantee that Monest’s end-to-end funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer)** operates automatically, flawlessly, and with fully traceable data—converting advertising spend and content into **high-quality calls at the lowest possible CAC**. **Direct impact:** * More leads → more appointments → more PRO and CRA sales. * A scalable system → fewer errors → greater stability. * A data-first culture → smarter decisions. * Massive time savings for Funnel, Content, and Sales teams. #### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **You’ll orchestrate and maintain the automation ecosystem.** * You’ll ensure every scheduled lead, no-show, etc., correctly triggers the next step in the funnel. You’ll guarantee data quality and traceability. * **You’ll design automated email, WhatsApp, bot, and other workflows.** * You’ll optimize the percentage of leads who schedule and attend appointments. * You’ll review logs, errors, webhook failures, etc., and resolve bottlenecks—always documenting every step! * You’ll automate the weekly report on winning ads and systems that translate data into actionable insights for the Content and Funnel teams. * You’ll use data to recommend creatives, hooks, audiences, and priority actions—and maintain the “content inventory system.” #### **What do we need from you?** * Proficiency in **Make** or similar platforms. * Experience integrating CRMs (ideally: **Pipedrive**) and marketing tools. * Experience automating email workflows (ActiveCampaign or similar). * Solid knowledge of **tracking, UTMs, and measurement**. * Experience building dashboards or connecting data to BigQuery/Looker.
