**The University of Palermo is seeking Online Course Tutors to join our Distance Education team.** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support students. * Monitor and support instructors. * Stay informed and participate in research on instructional resources and teaching technologies. * Train and guide users in the use of educational platforms and best practices for online learning; maintain fluent communication with students using various communication channels. * Collaborate with students, motivating them, monitoring their academic performance, and addressing concerns to assist them throughout their courses. * Prepare reports on course performance. * Provide academic and administrative advising and support to students; collaborate with course instructors to create effective and engaging learning experiences. * Support students and instructors in examination and assessment procedures. * Perform other duties as required.
