Project Supervisor (San Luis)

We are looking for a Project Supervisor for important clients located in San Luis Capital and surrounding areas. What will be your responsibilities? Supervise the performance and management of your team members. Schedule activities or training sessions to be carried out. Plan, direct, and control the activities performed under the contract to achieve operational excellence. Devise and propose new services to clients and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene practices and standards. Report monthly on your management performance to your superior. Monitor the unit's results. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. Identify, alert, and prevent any situation that could affect personnel safety. Provide safety training during different shifts. Track accident rates and conduct accident investigations. Work proactively to minimize accidents and encourage reporting of observations and near\-misses. What competencies should you have? At least 2 years of experience in the role. Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Hygiene with current professional license (mandatory) Intermediate level Excel skills will be valued.
