Workplace: San Luis, La Toma We are looking for an engineering and maintenance manager for our industrial plant located in La Toma, Province of San Luis, dedicated to the manufacturing of sanitary ware and ceramic fixtures Main Responsibilities: 1\. Direct and supervise daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. 2\. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. 3\. Efficiently manage the maintenance budget, optimizing operational costs without compromising service quality. 4\. Use data and key metrics to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and risk areas in maintenance management. 5\. Provide technical support to workshop technicians. 6\. Carry out all equipment installations and perform their maintenance. 7\. Handle and follow up on all matters related to safety, hygiene, and the environment. 8\. Coordinate with the production department, jointly planning line stoppages for preventive tasks and notifying corrective actions to be resolved. 9\. Collaborate with HR for recruiting and selecting personnel for the maintenance department. 10\. Knowledge and familiarity with the ceramic industry will be valued, as well as being inclined to work as a field engineer rather than an office-based one, with strong email communication skills to generate daily reports and updates.
