Ensure product quality and regulatory requirements compliance at the plant through quality system management, performance indicator monitoring, and exercise of Technical Management, ensuring controlled processes, managed deviations, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Main Challenges: Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Calculate, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate and follow up on TPM tools (RDL/RDP). Manage deviation handling, ensuring root cause identification and implementation of corrective actions. Actively participate in internal and external audits related to quality management. Monitor and ensure achievement of established quality objectives and targets. Sign and assume responsibility for product manufacturing and quality control protocols. Act as the designated Technical Manager before regulatory authorities, appearing on the facility’s authorization. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, assuming responsibility before health authorities. Notify regulatory authorities of any modifications or limitations in the exercise of this position, in accordance with current regulations. · Candidates with at least three years’ prior experience in similar roles will be valued. · Characteristics we value in you: Graduate professional in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably in mass-consumption companies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge (desirable). Problem analysis and resolution skills (root cause determination). Knowledge of management systems and standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BPM, HACCP, and FSC. We seek profiles with strong analytical ability, leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills, along with time management, adaptability, negotiation, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. Conditions: Location: San Luis Province. Candidates based in Villa Mercedes or nearby areas, or willing to relocate within a maximum distance of 100 km from the plant, will be valued.
