Monitor critical process variables and detect deviations. Identify improvement opportunities in quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction. Implement continuous improvement tools and process analysis techniques. Provide technical support to the Production department. Collaborate in product industrialization and improvement. Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial plants or production processes. Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, or production support. Availability to work on-site in San Luis Capital. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in metallurgical or automotive parts manufacturing industries. Knowledge of casting or metallurgical processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement methodologies.
