We are recruiting for a leading company in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Work Location: Capital, San Luis
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 hs
Employment Model: On-site

The main responsibilities of this role will be:
Lead the Industrial Engineering department, managing process improvement and optimization projects.
Plan, execute, and monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX).
Coordinate the commissioning of new equipment and facilities.
Evaluate the incorporation of machinery, devices, and external services.
Supervise civil works, building maintenance, and plant modifications.
Manage the department’s budget and report progress to Plant Management.
Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Analyze KPIs, costs, and return on investment (ROI).
Lead, develop, and evaluate technical and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
Graduated Engineer (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic or related fields).
Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar roles within industry/manufacturing.
Experience in project management and CAPEX.
Knowledge of financial KPIs and cost analysis.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Experience leading teams.
