We are seeking an Import and Export Analyst to manage foreign trade processes, coordinate logistics, and prepare reports for an automotive company.

We are recruiting for a major industrial automotive company.
Work Location: Capital, San Luis
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 hs

Main Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate import and export processes (raw materials, equipment, spare parts, etc.)
Analyze and administer overseas customer release orders
Interact with customs brokers, official agencies, and international suppliers
Enter and manage data in ERP systems and client portals
Coordinate international logistics and quote transportation services
Prepare and analyze management KPIs and reports for management
Develop and monitor special customs regimes (e.g., drawback, temporary admission)
Prepare technical and commercial documentation for foreign trade operations
Participate in internal and client audits
Prepare logistics cost-related forecasts (FCST) and AOP
Requirements:
Tertiary or university degree in International Trade, Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of end-to-end International Trade experience
Proven experience in industrial imports and exports (mandatory)
Experience working with customs brokers and official agencies
Experience in the automotive or auto parts industry (highly valued)
Advanced English (spoken and written) for interaction with overseas clients/suppliers
Technical Knowledge
End-to-end management of import and export operations
Proficiency in special customs regimes: temporary admission, drawback, tariff-exemption regimes
Knowledge of Argentine customs regulations
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Familiarity with international client portals
Logistics cost and international freight cost analysis and preparation
Forecast (FCST) and AOP preparation
