What is the mission? To manage supply agreements for goods and services, organizing, registering, updating, and monitoring them to ensure their proper fulfillment. What will be your main responsibilities? Manage rate adjustments according to the revision methodology established in Contracts and Framework Agreements, and perform price updates in the systems. Calculate retroactive amounts due to rate updates in contracts, if applicable. Act as a reference point and provide advice to Procurement and Contracting teams regarding model clauses for price reviews, available indicators based on cost structure components, among others. Update contract tracking dashboards for rate adjustments to generate performance reports. Actively participate in improvement projects and interdisciplinary teams by providing relevant information on contractual background for strategic renegotiations. What do we value? Engineer in any specialty, Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance, Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, or related management field. Experience\- in conflict management and resolution, and working with multidisciplinary teams, minimum 2 years. General knowledge of integrated management systems and regulatory requirements such as ISO9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001\. Participation is required to comply with company policies and objectives and to support the development of IMS activities. Knowledge of the different organizational areas that must be involved in contract updates. Proven skills: leadership, management, negotiation techniques, results orientation, teamwork.
