Among these talents, we are looking for a **Senior Functional Analyst** *What exactly are we looking for:* *Profile:* Technical/Functional Analysis, Training, Problem management and resolution, supported by product engineering, Post-implementation support, Team coordination (Maintenance and/or Project), Detailed requirement gathering, Detailed functional design, Creation of training materials, Documentation and up-to-date maintenance of technical and functional manuals, Knowledge transfer, Requirement gathering, design, and analysis of process flows and their operation (mandatory) Experience requirements: ***Reside in AMBA. Minimum attendance of 2 days per week at the office (Puerto Madero).*** * Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Process or Senior Functional Analyst in corporate projects. * Proficiency in BPMN and EPC notations for process modeling. * Knowledge and practical use of process management tools (ARIS, Y-DOC, SoftExpert, SharePoint, Azure, Service Now). * Ability to gather requirements, document, and perform functional design of business processes. * Experience with agile work methodologies. Desirable: * Knowledge of COBIT and IT governance. * Experience in the Energy industry (Upstream and Downstream) or large-scale companies. * Certifications in COBIT, PMP, or BPM. * Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
