**Looking for “Buyer”** For Cinemark Hoyts, an important leading multinational company in the industry, we are currently seeking a “Buyer” to join their team. **Mission:** Ensure efficient supply of goods and services, guaranteeing quality, process compliance, and cost optimization to contribute to business development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the execution of the annual budget, ensuring timely and proper purchasing. * Anticipate needs from different departments to ensure timely supply and prevent additional costs. * Fully execute and control CAPEX. * Manage quotations to secure the best prices and clear, achievable commercial terms. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships that add value in terms of service, cost, and quality. * Follow up on purchase orders: coordinate deliveries and services, payment tracking, and operational compliance. * Manage contracting and updating of services, negotiating clear commercial terms and monitoring active contracts. * Coordinate with customs brokers and headquarters the arrival of imported equipment, complying with current regulations. * Supervise foreign trade operations, including coordination, document control, overseas payments, and documentation archiving. * Coordinate the import and export of the company’s goods and services. **Requirements:** * Studying administrative careers, preferably in International Trade. * Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the role. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Technology, or B2B companies will be considered a plus. * Good proficiency in Excel. * English: intermediate level. **Conditions:** * Work Location: Palermo, CABA * Hybrid 4x1 schedule. * Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
