




Main Purpose: Continuously supervise industrial operations, facilities, equipment, and systems in accordance with the organization's management principles and standards, contributing to departmental objectives and compliance with corporate policies. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities* Supervise production, ensuring resources, goal achievement, quality, and incident prevention. * Monitor and update management indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate and evaluate team performance, assigning tasks according to skills and promoting professional development. * Manage inventories, supplies, and raw materials, optimizing costs and availability. * Keep the material management system and operational documentation up to date. * Oversee contracts for goods and services, ensuring compliance. * Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and energy efficiency standards. * Participate in internal and external audits, deviation analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the relevant department. * Substitute for supervisors across different areas as needed. * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and prepare reports and presentations for management. Knowledge:* Student or graduate in Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial environments. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate level of English.
