The role combines personalized attention, technical advice, sales management, quote preparation, and after-sales follow-up within a dynamic and professional environment. Main Tasks Main responsibilities: Customer service and advice: Greet customers and quickly and courteously identify their needs. Advise on laptops, custom-built PCs, monitors, accessories, peripherals, networking, components, and featured products of the month. Explain technical features in clear and understandable language for all types of customers. Provide product comparisons and recommendations based on usage: home, office, study, gaming, or business. Sales and commercial management: Conduct in-person and WhatsApp sales. Prepare quotes and send them neatly and professionally. Follow up on pending quotes and reactivate opportunities. Promote new, important, or promotional products. Close sales focusing on customer experience and final satisfaction. Organize and restock inventory on the sales floor. Basic administration: Cash handling, payments, and payment methods. Accurately enter sales into the system. Keep sales records and inquiries updated. Support and coordination: Properly refer cases to technical support. Coordinate deliveries, pickups, or installations when necessary. Collaborate with the team to keep the sales area organized and operational.
