Coordinate the receipt and tracking of supplies 📢 Job Opening – Technical Procurement Analyst At Luvianka, we are currently seeking a Technical Procurement Analyst to join our team. 🔎 Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop potential suppliers, requesting quotations. Manage supplier onboarding. Receive procurement requests for supplies and/or services. Issue and track purchase orders. Coordinate receipt and/or pickup of purchased supplies. Track deliveries, including partial deliveries with internal customers. Verify proper execution of payments to suppliers. Manage department documentation (delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes). Support handling of claims and returns. Prepare consumption reports, order tracking reports, and delivery compliance reports. Keep the management system updated with information from each transaction. Ensure timely and proper fulfillment by suppliers. ✅ Requirements: Technical or tertiary education, or Engineering student. Proven experience in Procurement (minimum 3 years) – Mandatory.
