Your most important responsibility is to lead project management activities within the LATAM region. Supervise and support all regional Project Managers and local MS\&T technical centers located at Abbott's manufacturing plants. **What You'll Do:** * Organize portfolio/project management activities for the regional group and for the local MS\&T technical centers located at Abbott's manufacturing plants in the region. * Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs. * Govern project management in the LATAM region to oversee regional and local execution according to good project management practices. * Ensure project objectives are aligned with business strategy and needs. Conduct comprehensive review of project justification prior to decision-making, continuing until the project has been executed and must be closed (once lessons learned are completed). * Identify, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring project goals remain aligned with the business’s strategic objectives. * Work closely with global product support workflows and the global PMO to implement global product strategies in the region. Also coordinate technical support for products outside globally coordinated workflows. **Required Qualifications:** * Degree required in Pharmacy, Engineering or related fields, preferably with PMP certification. A leading Pharmaceutical Laboratory is incorporating an Engineering Analyst to ensure the proper operation, continuous improvement, and reliability of plant equipment and facilities, guaranteeing compliance with GMP standards, safety, environmental regulations, and current regulations. Responsibilities Manage and execute engineering projects. Analyze failures and propose improvements to increase the reliability of critical equipment. Develop and update technical documentation (protocols, reports, drawings, manuals). Provide technical support to Production and Quality Control.
