Responsibilities: - Lead and optimize the company’s online store, ensuring an excellent user experience and generating increased business opportunities. - Manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities related to the VTEX platform. - Implement digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales on the online store. - Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure site performance and the effectiveness of implemented actions. - Collaborate with the development team for continuous platform improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and customization. - Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the E-commerce sector.
