Service tracking and pursuit of continuous improvement Traffic/Routing Analyst A leading logistics operator located in the Avellaneda area is seeking a Traffic Analyst. Your responsibilities will include: Ø  Coordinating our local, port, and long-distance distribution fleets. Ø  Preparation and generation of route sheets. Ø  Knowledge of driver documentation (valid licenses). Ø  Optimizing transportation planning in the most efficient manner for customers and stakeholders. Ø  Ensuring all import, export, and domestic requirements are met to guarantee timely delivery and cargo movement according to service level agreements. Ø  Monitoring services and notifying stakeholders of relevant deviations from the transportation plan, including potential solutions or alternatives. Ø  Proactively identifying and acting upon opportunities for continuous improvement with respect to both customers and internal/external stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of prior experience in routing/planning/transportation coordination/distribution/logistics operations roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email. Knowledge of satellite tracking systems. Candidates demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong execution mindset, analytical and problem-solving abilities, customer orientation, commitment to continuous improvement, and outstanding teamwork capabilities will be highly valued. We offer: Competitive employment terms and remuneration commensurate with the role. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00.
