We are a traditional Argentine bodegón with its own identity located in the heart of La Plata (64 e/ 13 y 14), and we want someone who will go the extra mile to continue delighting our customers. What Are We Looking For? Proven Experience: At least 3 years leading teams in high-volume kitchens (mandatory). Bodegón DNA: Someone who masters the perfect doneness of a milanesa, understands the deep flavors of stews, and presents dishes that 'appeal to the eye'. Management & Leadership: Ability to schedule shifts, manage inventory and suppliers, and ensure dish costs remain under control. Your main responsibilities will be: Supervise production and service, ensuring the quality and 'Immigrant' flavor in every dish. Maintain order, hygiene, and an excellent work environment.
