At Essity, we are looking for a Unit Controller Senior to join the Manufacturing Controlling team. This key role ensures the efficient operation of site-level financial and non-financial processes, providing strategic support to management and leadership.
We are seeking a technically skilled, analytical candidate with strong business acumen, capable of ensuring accurate cost calculations, leading accounting closures, and generating insights that drive continuous improvement.
The Unit Controller Senior will be responsible for:
* Preparing daily Site Controller reports and managing critical processes in SAP.
* Analyzing product and process costs to identify variances and propose improvements.
* Executing monthly closings and preparing key financial reports for the site and business unit.
* Supporting financial decision-making across operations.
* Ensuring compliance and reporting of non-financial KPIs.
* Evaluating TCP/CBN savings projects and participating in the Focus Improvement Team.
* Monitoring performance results, investments, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
* Developing the strategic plan, annual budget, and forecasts.
* Providing visibility into financial and commercial performance to all stakeholders, explaining variances against the approved plan.
**Requirements**
* University degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or controlling.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
