




Job Summary: We are seeking technical support specialists to ensure continuity and availability of IT infrastructure across branches and operational centers. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support for microinformatics, networks, and structured cabling. 2. Installation and maintenance of structured cabling (UTP and fiber optic). 3. Diagnosis and resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents. We are currently seeking technical profiles to provide on-site support at branches and operational centers, ensuring continuity and availability of IT infrastructure. What will be your purpose? Provide on-site technical support for microinformatics, network, and structured cabling infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: • Installation and maintenance of structured cabling (UTP and fiber optic) • Connectivity of switches, access points, cameras, and peripherals • Hardware, printing, and mobile device support • Diagnosis and resolution of incidents (Level 1 and Level 2) • Technical site surveys and documentation • Coordination with Infrastructure teams • Support during openings, relocations, and facility reconfigurations Requirements: • Knowledge of cabling, connectors, patch panels, and fiber optics • Understanding of LAN/WiFi networks, IPv4, and network topologies • Experience in on-site technical support • Availability to travel within CABA/AMBA (reimbursable expenses) Available Shifts: • Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 • Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00 Rotating on-call shifts. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 3 years of experience Skills: Network administration, Fiber optics, Hardware, Connectivity Keywords: analyst, field, territory
