**About the Role** We’re hiring a **Web Developer** to help manage and maintain multiple **WordPress websites** across our growing brand portfolio. This role focuses on keeping our sites **fast, functional, secure, and up to date**. If you enjoy improving website performance and building smooth user experiences, this is a great fit. **What You’ll Do** * Manage and maintain several WordPress websites * Build and implement new features, plugins, and custom functionality * Troubleshoot technical issues, layout problems, and compatibility errors * Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO * Ensure all sites are responsive and work across modern devices/browsers * Perform routine updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins * Collaborate with designers to implement UI/visual updates * Coordinate with external developers or vendors when needed **What We’re Looking For** * 2\+ years of experience in web development (front\-end or full\-stack) * Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) * Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP * Experience with website troubleshooting and performance optimization * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Strong technical and problem\-solving skills **Nice to Have** * Basic understanding of JavaScript or frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) * Knowledge of hosting, DNS, and website security practices Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $14,517\.62 \- $21,776\.43 per month Application Question(s): * How many years have you worked with WordPress, and what specific tasks have you handled (e.g., custom themes, plugin integration, troubleshooting, performance optimization)? * Which page builders and tools have you used most frequently in WordPress (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), and are you comfortable customizing or extending their functionality? * How confident are you working with HTML, CSS, and PHP for customizing themes and plugins?
