In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the execution of contracted technical programs and services at a site / plan for a specific corporate account (in some cases, multiple sites), and managing all resources and teams at the assigned customer facility to ensure their proper application generates value across all implemented solutions and guarantees planned consumption and billing. **What will you do?** * Ensure correct application usage by the customer. * Monitor chemical usage versus each plant's targets. KPIs * Generate follow-up reports to demonstrate to the customer fulfillment of commitments and full operational control. * Maintain accurate inventory management of chemicals at the customer site. * Prepare management indicator follow-up reports. * Participate in customer meetings to present results of support activities and committed service. * Track monthly billing versus each plant's budget, generating analysis per product, program, and application with respective analysis. * Identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities that can be monetized for the customer (TCO) and recorded in CRM. * On-site support and monitoring; maintain consistent interaction and communication with mid-level personnel including supervisors and managers, delivering results via CRM platform reporting and dashboard tracking/updates. * Plan and execute annual sales budgets. * Ensure relevant processes within your area are followed, inputs are accurate, activity transformation functions consistently, desired outcomes are achieved, and necessary process improvements are implemented. * Lead all customer-facing activities planned at the district or country level to ensure execution as planned (e.g., innovation, trials, new applications). **What do you need?** * Chemical, Food, Industrial Engineering or related field; * Proactivity, strong interpersonal communication skills, and commitment to customer service. * Experience in similar roles within the food or dairy industry (preferred) * Intermediate English **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
