Description

**Spines: \#1 Fastest\-Growing Book Publishing Platform in the U.S.** About Spines At Spines, we’re rebuilding publishing for a new era: powered by technology, guided by craft, and built around the author. Our next\-generation publishing platform combines powerful AI with human expertise to help writers publish professionally across every format, language, and global market. The tools we’re developing streamline editing, design, translation, production, and distribution, making a complex process simple, scalable, and author\-first. Our mission is to make professional publishing possible for everyone, so no great story goes unheard. But what we’re really building is bigger: a platform that transforms how books are made, shared, and experienced globally. We’re growing a team of people who want to shape the future of publishing: creators, technologists, and storytellers driven by craft, purpose, and the opportunity to make a real impact for authors and readers everywhere. Role Overview We’re hiring a Book Marketing Expert to support our clients during the post\-production stage. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who has strong communication skills, a sharp eye for quality, and a genuine interest in making clients happy. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, operations, and customer success \- reviewing final outputs, coordinating improvements, and making sure what we deliver actually feels right before it reaches the client. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) * Act as a primary point of contact for clients in the post\-production phase of a customer’s journey. * Review completed marketing assets (ads, copy, visuals, PPC setups) before delivery. * Spot issues, inconsistencies, or missed opportunities and be the stakeholder to push improvements. * Coordinate revisions with internal teams to ensure high\-quality final results. * Follow clear processes while staying alert to where improvements can be made. * Support PPC\-related deliverables by checking structure, messaging, and alignment with clients’ goals. * Make light creative edits using Canva or Photoshop when needed. * Clearly document feedback, changes, and outcomes to keep everything moving smoothly. * Ensure clients receive exactly what they paid for and ideally, more. **Requirements** * Entry\-level or junior experience in marketing, customer support, copywriting, ads, PR, or sales. * A basic understanding of marketing and digital advertising (PPC experience is a plus, not a must). * Detail\-orientated, a person who is able to differentiate between when something is “done” and when it needs work. * A process\-oriented mindset with the ability to handle repetitive tasks carefully and consistently. * Basic experience with Canva and/or Photoshop is a bonus. * High level of English (written and spoken). **Benefits** * Competitive compensation package. * Work in a dynamic and innovative environment with a supportive team. * Significant growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company – we are committed to promoting from within. * Gain valuable experience in the exciting intersection of AI and publishing. * Be part of a team that is revolutionizing the publishing industry with cutting\-edge AI technology.
