We are currently looking for a **Technical Leader** for our IT team. **What would be your main responsibilities?** * Supervise and participate in the progress and development of projects. * Participate in technical decisions across various projects. * Prepare management reports and indicators. * Contribute knowledge and expertise on different types of architectures, programming styles, and solutions. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies and best practices to the software development process. ###### **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Solid experience in ground-up developments and software architecture roles. * Experience leading development teams/cells. * Prior experience performing business liaison and communication functions. * Graduates or advanced students in Computer Engineering, Systems Management, or related fields. * **Specific skills:** * Programming languages: Backend: .NET /.NET Core (Mandatory). Frontend: React, ReactNative (Desirable). Knowledge of any frontend language is mandatory. * Experience developing microservices (Mandatory) * Knowledge of Docker (Mandatory) and Kubernetes (Desirable) * Agile methodologies: Scrum (Mandatory) * Experience with technologies such as IBM MQ, Rabbit, Apache, Kafka.
