Proactive profile with commercial experience and portfolio management A leading technology company specializing in e-commerce is looking for a commercial advisor to manage its customer portfolio. Requirements and Responsibilities: Advise a specific customer portfolio (focused on 1 or 2 industries) and resolve their issues, as well as conduct ongoing follow-ups. Analyze metrics using SQL to propose action plans for various businesses. Analyze profitability metrics generated on the platform. Grow each customer by providing guidance and setting deadlines with defined objectives—i.e., delivering action plans. Interpretation of metrics Ongoing communication with customers Proactive profile with extensive commercial experience and medium/long-term customer portfolio management · Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
