Financial Manager - Gral Pico (REF 2614)

###### **Job Description** **Position Mission:** Lead the group's financial management with a strategic and comprehensive vision, ensuring efficient use of resources, generation of synergies among business units, and providing key support to decision-making alongside General Management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Professionalization and reorganization of the department. * Supervision and control of all department activities. * Preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and economic budgets and forecasts. * Budget control and variance analysis. * Direction and analysis of budgets and recommendations to the Board of Directors. * Preparation, evaluation, and analysis of financial statements (EBIT/EBITDA), in relation to costs and Budget/Forecast, to provide recommendations on cost reduction and profitability improvement by business units. * Preparation of dashboards and reports to measure key KRIs and KPIs. * Development of financial planning strategy. * Business and investment analysis. * Implementation of internal controls and processes, automation, and ERP implementation. * Control of business contracts with public and private clients. * Coordination with external accounting firm on corporate, tax, and accounting matters. * Management of powers of attorney, board minutes, and accounting books; jointly with the administrative managers of each business unit. * Securing financing: preparation of credit files for banks, Ministry of Production, etc. * Drive and implement strategies and initiatives to reduce accounts receivable. * Collaborate with sales and administration teams across business units to ensure optimal terms with customers and suppliers. * Client visits, debt renegotiations, and attendance at hearings/other events. * Budgeting and cash flow management. * Relationship with national and international public and private banks and financial institutions. ###### **Requirements** * Graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities will be highly valued. ###### **Benefits** * Sancor Salud health insurance. * Flexible vacations. ###### **Details** Minimum education level: University degree (Graduate) ##### **About Us** We are a business group with diverse business units, committed to delivering comprehensive and personalized solutions to our customers.
