Full-time. * **Industry / Project:** Telecommunications – Digital Marketing Solutions * **Time Zone:** ART (GMT-3). ### **About the Role / About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Backend Developer** to technically lead the development of a new Digital Marketing solution. As this is a greenfield project, the role demands a high degree of autonomy, technical rigor, and the ability to make architectural decisions that directly impact product scalability and the client’s business. ### **Responsibilities / Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Node.js and Next.js. * Implement efficient and scalable backend architectures using the Nest framework. * Design and optimize complex queries in relational databases, ensuring system performance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure deliveries aligned with business objectives. * Ensure code quality by applying development best practices, design patterns, and code reviews (Code Reviews). * Monitor and optimize the performance of existing applications to ensure optimal and efficient user experience. ### **Requirements / Requirements** #### **Must-Have** * Proven professional backend development experience of more than 5 years. * Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. * Solid backend development experience with Node.js (Nest framework). * Solid frontend development experience using the Next.js framework. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and optimization of complex queries. * Experience working with Oracle databases. * Familiarity with daily use of version control and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. * Residency in Córdoba, Argentina. #### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience or knowledge of **Apache Airflow** (highly valued). ##### **What We Offer (Argentina)** * **ARG Employment Contract** * **Top-tier private health insurance for the employee’s family.** * **Work equipment.** * **Technical training programs and licenses for learning platforms.** * **Flexible, people-oriented culture with a focus on work-life balance.**
