This is an excellent opportunity for chemical engineering professionals to join our Process team. We value candidates with experience in physical and chemical process operation and optimization in large-scale industrial plants, project management knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach. This position requires availability to work on a 7x7 cycle schedule at Salar del Rincón. By joining the Process team, you will be able to: Gain in-depth knowledge of the process, operational parameter values, and the functioning of critical equipment. Monitor operational data, draw your own conclusions, and provide recommendations. Serve as a credible technical resource for supervisors and technicians in your area. Develop an understanding of problem-solving methodologies and project leadership as a team member. Draft documents/reports on actions/recommendations using clear and concise language. **About You** A commitment to your own safety and that of your team. Chemical Engineering professional. \+ 3 years of experience in physical and chemical process operation and optimization in large-scale industrial plants, process variable analysis, and problem solving. The Rincon lithium project is a large undeveloped lithium brine project located in the heart of the lithium triangle in the Salta Province of Argentina, an emerging hub for greenfield projects. It is a long\-life, scalable resource with one of the lowest carbon footprints of lithium assets in the world.
