We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for an important retail company. **Location:** San Salvador de Jujuy, with travel to Salta and Tucumán **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Saturdays from 8:30 to 13:00. **Work mode:** On-site – Full Time **Job mission** Plan, coordinate, and control comprehensive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure across all the company's cost centers, ensuring continuous operation, personnel safety, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for structuring the maintenance department, optimizing material, human, and budgetary resources, and implementing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. **Main responsibilities** * Design and execute the annual maintenance plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive). * Supervise the technical team (13 people) and external contractors. * Monitor KPIs, costs, and department budgets. * Ensure compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations. * Coordinate building and infrastructure inspections across all branches. * Manage materials, spare parts, suppliers, and service tenders. * Prepare management reports and propose continuous improvements. * Coordinate team training and performance evaluations. **Requirements** * Must reside in: San Salvador de Jujuy. * Experience: minimum of 5 years in similar positions (industry, retail, hospitals, universities, or large-scale facilities). * Completed tertiary degree: Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Technician, Construction, Refrigeration, or Occupational Health and Safety. * Desirable: Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture. * Technical knowledge in: electricity, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, masonry, generators, safety regulations, and building maintenance. * Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to travel (mandatory).
