We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed today. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with Worley's Quality Policy, as well as the Quality Management Plan and its implementation during project execution. * Coordinate the activities of each supervisor within the department. * Review, evaluate and approve the supplier’s or contractor’s Quality Plan and all associated documents (Inspection and Test Plans, Procedures, Forms/Records, etc.) * Participate in scheduling and progress meetings for Fabrication/Construction to analyze potential deviations or delays from suppliers/contractors due to quality-related tasks not adequately planned. * Monitor non-conformances and requests for corrective and preventive actions arising during the project. * Perform final review and acceptance of all quality documentation (Data Books) generated by suppliers/contractors prior to client handover. **Qualifications – Internal** **What You'll Bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** * More than 8 years of experience in similar roles within mining/Oil \& Gas projects. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience managing and coordinating work teams. * Proficiency in English language. Desirable. * Experience working under high-altitude 14x14 roster conditions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. * Engineering construction project experience preferred. * Lead and participate in quality and contractual meetings with contractors. * Evaluate KPIs (quality performance indicators and documentation metrics). **Work location and mode:** Salta, 14x14 Roster.
