We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Objective:** We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator with over 10 years of experience for an important mining project. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the development and definition of service scope * Tender construction and construction-related service contracts * Negotiate contractual terms and conditions * Channel all communications regarding subcontractor claims * Monitor progress certificates and payments * Maintain an organized and detailed record of documentation for all subcontracts * Track each subcontract to detect early any deviation from the original contract * Conduct detailed control of all change requests * Issue executive reports throughout the project duration * Verify that materials and/or services comply with contract requirements * Close out each subcontract and prepare final reports **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields * Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within large-scale projects, with experience managing EPC contracts; mining project experience is highly valued * Excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity * Advanced English (mandatory) * Availability to work on site (roster 14x14\) **Location and work arrangement:** * Salta \- Hybrid office If you require any **accessibility accommodation**, please do not hesitate to mention it in your application. **Moving forward together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
