What will your responsibilities be? * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services (REST/GraphQL), integrating relational and non-relational databases. * Collaborate on code reviews, technical documentation, and propose architectural improvements—including cloud deployments and modern patterns when needed. What do we need from you? * Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience. * Demonstrable experience developing backend systems (REST API / GraphQL) using JavaScript/TypeScript or Python. * Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis). * Strong version control and collaboration practices: Git, code reviews. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; ability to clearly document technical decisions. * Proactivity, initiative, and ability to propose technical solutions.
