A renowned industry in Villa Mercedes is looking for you to join its technology team. · Key Challenges and Responsibilities · As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s entire technological platform: · Provide technical support and maintenance for all infrastructure, including PCs, printers, scanners, telephony, structured cabling, switches, hubs, general software, batteries, and UPS. Administer and assign necessary access permissions and security for various corporate applications and systems. Provide support for migrating programs, tables, and configurations from Development and Testing environments to Production. Execute and verify backups of all applications and operating systems on servers. Serve as the technical point of contact with external vendors, managing their services (contact, contracts, and service quality) in case of any issues. · What You Need to Apply · Academic Qualification: Completed tertiary degree specialized in infrastructure, networks, or hardware (desirable). Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable work experience in similar support or infrastructure roles. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
