




Bahía Blanca Logistics Management 12/24/2025 One vacancy**What will be your main responsibilities?** **Technology Research:** * Identify and analyze emerging trends in logistics technology. * Evaluate proposals for new systems and technological tools. **Project Implementation:** * Lead innovation and continuous improvement projects, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into logistics processes. **Data Analysis:** * Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of implemented technologies. * Layout studies, flow analyses, capacity assessments, and bottleneck identification. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the impact of technologies on operational efficiency. * Productivity studies and operational standardization. **Training and Support:** * Provide internal team training on new tools and systems. * Serve as the point of contact for technical support regarding implemented technologies. **What qualifications are we seeking?** * University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics project management and/or process improvement. * Knowledge of emerging logistics technologies (IoT, AI, WMS, etc.). * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; proactive attitude. * Strong analytical capability and results orientation. **What do we offer?** A dynamic and professional environment, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within one of the region’s most important companies.
