G\&G is currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team immediately. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in commercial and administrative management, results-oriented, and with excellent interpersonal skills. Main responsibilities: + Supervise the overall operation of the store; + Administrative and commercial management; + Proficiency in management systems; + Coordinate purchases and manage supplier relationships; + Lead and supervise the work team. Requirements for the position: + Preferably hold a degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (not mandatory); + Proven experience in similar roles; + Knowledge of management systems, procurement, supplier relations, and personnel management; + Age between 30 and 40 years; + Male (preferably); + Experience in sports and/or mountain activities will be valued (not mandatory). The workplace is located in the City of Mendoza. The working schedule consists of 48 hours per week, with flexible availability from Monday to Saturday.
