




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive HR Analyst to support various areas of human talent management, contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Support recruitment and selection processes and onboarding management. 2. Manage personnel files and assist in performance management. 3. Advise employees on HR policies and procedures. We seek a proactive HR Analyst with excellent organizational and communication skills. The primary objective is to support various areas of human talent management—from recruitment and selection to personnel administration—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. · Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). Manage onboarding for new hires. Administer personnel files and update databases. Assist in performance management, training, and development. Support payroll and benefits administration. Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
