For an important medical sanatorium located in General San Martín, Buenos Aires, we are seeking two building maintenance technicians. Morning shift: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and alternate Saturdays from 7 am to 3 pm. Night shift: Monday to Friday from 10 pm to 6 am. **Position Objective:** General preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings with a focus on electromechanical installations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate general services (shopping centers, sanatoriums, hotels, factories, companies), with emphasis on electromechanical installations. * Completed secondary education, preferably with electromechanical or electrical technical background or related training. * Broad knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems (commercial use, not industrial) and motor connections. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems for general inspection. * Skills in carpentry, locksmithing, plumbing, three-phase power, etc., will be valued. * Must reside nearby or have easy access to San Martín, Buenos Aires Province.
