### **To work on major Accenture projects, both in Implementation and Maintenance.** Expertise/Seniority Level: **Semi Senior** #### **Job Responsibilities** The Functional Consultant for EWM/LETRA/TM/TD/PPQM/PLM will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP modules specialized in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), LETRA (Logistics), TM (Transportation Management), TD (Transportation Demand), PPQM (Production and Quality Planning), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). Their duties include analyzing and resolving incidents, queries, issues, configurations, and fulfilling service requests: #### **Implementation Projects: Functional Consultants** EWM/LETRA/TM/TD/PPQM/PLM consultants with experience in requirements gathering, workshops, customizing, functional design, analysis of custom solutions, unit testing, support during production cutover (PU), go-live, post-implementation activities, direct interaction with end clients, and OSS note consultation/creation. ### **Corrective/Evolutionary Maintenance: Functional Consultants** EWM/LETRA/TM/TD/PPQM/PLM consultants for: incident assistance and analysis; debugging knowledge is desirable; handling priorities and service levels. For some projects, on-call shifts (passive and/or active) and specific service hours may be required. For minor evolutionary changes, responsibilities include requirements gathering, preparation of functional specifications, coordination with ABAP programming teams when necessary—as well as any other relevant teams—unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and go-live activities. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Configuration and management of SAP modules EWM, LETRA, TM, TD, PPQM, and PLM. * Analyze and resolve incidents and issues, and perform SAP configuration adjustments. * Collaborate with other teams to optimize logistics and production processes. * Participate in daily meetings and handle tickets related to the above modules. * Lead the definition and execution of SAP system improvements and updates. * Provide support and training to end users on the respective modules. * Thoroughly document all SAP processes and configurations performed. #### **Required Competencies and Skills** * Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP EWM, LETRA, TM, TD, PPQM, and PLM. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead projects and coordinate efforts across multiple teams. * Advanced English proficiency (minimum CEFR level B2). * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior hands-on experience in configuring and managing SAP modules EWM/LETRA/TM/TD/PPQM/PLM. * Advanced English for communication and comprehension of technical documentation. * Autonomous capability to efficiently manage projects.
