




Role Description The Construction Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in tendering and qualification processes, as well as providing documentation management support. They will also be responsible for managing information flow with subcontractors to keep projects on track and ensure accurate execution, including identifying and resolving compliance deviations. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project information in the construction management system (CM). * Prepare and issue tender packages, collect proposals, compile initial comparisons, and submit them for approval. * Utilize digital tools in daily work. * Identify compliance issues and resolve them with subcontractors within the CM software. * Compile and update 2- to 6-week lookahead schedules. * Communicate with vendors regarding tender clarifications, submittal corrections, deliveries, and documentation requirements. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or procurement (preferably in residential construction). * Advanced proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, or similar); advanced Excel skills and document control. * Familiarity with drawings/specifications, basic quantity verification, and BIM-related workflows. * Experience in tendering, issuing purchase orders, interfacing with accounts payable/receivable, and contractual documentation. * Excellent communication skills and strong task follow-up capability. * Advanced English.
