A key and specialized role within the Optimization and Control team, designed for engineers who want to lead the integration between industrial software and cutting-edge production processes. You will be responsible for: Developing and executing electrical, electronic, and process control activities required for projects, and supporting operational units with technical systems, standardizations, and maintenance procedures to ensure equipment availability and performance. Your main challenges will be: Ensuring the operational level of the Distributed Control System (DCS), data communications, industrial networks, servers, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Analyzing hardware and software failures and vulnerabilities to propose corrective actions that guarantee operation. Creating backup copies of control software for all plant systems to ensure immediate restoration in case of failure. Analyzing the operational logic of control systems to propose modifications that optimize facilities and detect shutdown events. Participating in the preparation and execution of investment (CAPEX) projects by contributing technical knowledge to meet deadlines and specifications. Training personnel across various departments on control system operation and maintenance. Worksite: Capdeville Plant, Mendoza Essential Requirements: Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or Automation Engineering (Preferred). Chemical or Industrial Engineering profiles with strong orientation and knowledge in programming will also be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience in companies of similar scale. Experience focused on processes, maintenance, optimization, and control.
