Key Responsibilities:* Standardize and enforce service agreements with each business unit, branch, and customer. * Manage, optimize, and standardize distribution execution control processes. * Coordinate end-to-end order management, ensuring correct execution. * Identify and resolve issues impacting distribution and service levels. * Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve supply chain issues identified. * Coordinate field activities related to analysis and implementation of improvements. * Generate KPIs, track management tools, and perform data analysis. * Manage service levels, ensuring adherence to committed customer lead times. * Identify and propose solutions to issues related to the design and optimization of the distribution network across various regions of the country. * Provide support and responses to customers, branches, and internal/external departments. Required Knowledge and Experience:* Professional with a degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industry. * Advanced proficiency in database management. * SAP system knowledge. * Advanced Power BI knowledge preferred; alternatively, other tools enabling information management optimization. * English language proficiency is desirable.
