This position entails responsibility for monitoring and activating the entire order cycle—from import customs clearance, timely and proper entry into the spare parts distribution center, to corresponding activations—ensuring all processes of preparation, dispatch, transportation, warehouse receipt, and customer deliveries are completed, with the ultimate objective of maximizing service levels. Key Responsibilities:* Standardize and enforce service agreements with each business unit, branch, and customer. * Manage, optimize, and standardize distribution execution control processes. * Coordinate end-to-end order management, ensuring correct execution. * Identify and resolve issues impacting distribution and service levels. * Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve supply chain issues identified. * Coordinate field activities related to analysis and implementation of improvements. * Generate KPIs, track management tools, and perform data analysis. * Manage service levels, ensuring adherence to committed customer lead times. * Identify and propose solutions to issues related to the design and optimization of the distribution network across various regions of the country. * Provide support and responses to customers, branches, and internal/external departments. Required Knowledge and Experience:* Professional with a degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industry. * Advanced proficiency in database management. * SAP system knowledge. * Advanced Power BI knowledge preferred; alternatively, other tools enabling information management optimization. * English language proficiency is desirable.
