MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational management of the branch, supervise staff and goods distribution, arrival control, contact with suppliers, generate cost reports per branch, monitor achievement of objectives, manage branch cash flow, and other related tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary studies in logistics or related fields (preferred). Proven experience in similar roles, including KPI tracking, labor union management, and last-mile delivery knowledge. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.), TMS (Transport Management System), and SAP. Experience with routing systems will be highly valued. Willingness to travel.
